This is the premier kitemark for the profession and the assessment process is impartial and extremely rigorous. A team from Perrins were delighted to take part in a charity quiz night on October 12th organised by the construction and property consultants Robinson Low Francis in aid of the local Stevenage Community Trust, a very worthy local organisation that channels charity funds to various community projects in the Stevenage area. The Perrins team came a nail-bitingly close second, only just missing out to a bigger team. We think we lost out because we didn't take part in the silly games for extra points. After all, we have the dignity of the profession to uphold!Read more...

On 17th and 19th August, Simon Braun was asked on LBC Radio to clarify the position relating to tenants of social landlords who were being threatened with eviction, having taken part in the recent rioting and looting in various areas of the country. Simon pointed out that a lot of what had been said by politicians and councils was inaccurate and misleading to say the least. Evicting tenants who were involved in the rioting and looting would not be easy at all and, indeed, may not be possible. (Further explanation below)
