Fred Perrin, Natalie Sheer, Colin Bosher, Angela Byrne and Jessica Wettasinghe of Perrins (pictured) were delighted to attend a charity dinner on 9th June organised by PRESET, a national charity which provides skills and training opportunities for young people facing disadvantage, in particular those from ethnic minorities living in inner cities. Perrins welcomes the opportunity to support this excellent organisation which is doing tremendous work in helping young people maximise their educational potential and provide them with guidance which will help them obtain meaningful and sustainable employment in the current difficult economic circumstances.
Last year PRESET, under the enthusiastic and capable guidance of its Chief Executive, Kandiah Chandran, helped over 300 young people gain useful skills and qualifications. It is partnered by Barnardo’s in its participation in the Future Jobs Fund, a government initiative to create 150,000 new jobs for young people in the UK.
