Jessica Wettasinghe
Associate Solicitor
Jessica joined Perrins in February 2009 after having spent over 2 years at Owen White solicitors focusing entirely on Social Housing.
She works for a range of major Housing Associations and deals with issues such as shared ownership sales, plot sales, staircasing, disposals of Right to Buy/Right to Acquire properties. Jessica also provides property advice on various matters to Registered Providers, and has experience of repurchase/surrender of shared ownership leases by Registered Providers.
Her previous experience includes site acquisitions, setting up sales schemes, significant involvement in commercial, agricultural and residential property matters within London based firms, and also for the Crown Estate. In her work for the Crown Estate she was also responsible for case management systems, and this focus on efficiency underpins her approach to client care.
Clients also benefit from Jessica’s commitment to responsiveness and quick turnaround of issues, together with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Jessica is a Member of the Association of Women Solicitors and the Law Society’s Junior Lawyers Division. She also devotes time to a variety of charitable organisations.
