Colin advises a range of commercial and social housing clients, predominantly in respect of property transactions, management and funding.
His 30 years’ plus experience, post qualifying as a solicitor in 1981, includes over 20 years as a partner or principal, and 15 years working in central London. He has been involved with all aspects of freehold and leasehold commercial and residential property, including development, infrastructure agreements and funding. Specific examples include dealing with all the legal work associated with the property portfolio of a major PLC, through to major site acquisitions with a value in excess of £10m.
Colin is also a trustee of The Counselling Foundation and the Vice Chairman of a local Community Housing Trust.
