Nick Pickersgill
Associate Solicitor
Nick joined Perrins as an Associate in January 2010. Since qualifying in 1993 he has specialised in property law for the last 15 years.
Nick has considerable experience of the sale and acquisition of freehold and leasehold property, the drafting and negotiating of Collaboration/Joint Venture Agreements, Option and Land Overage Agreements, the preparation and negotiation of Certificates of Title, general portfolio management and the project management of large transactions. He also acts for a range of lenders in connection with the provision of acquisition and development finance, including reviewing and advising on all facility and associated development documentation.
His experience allows him to identify the material issues and work closely with clients in taking a commercial and pragmatic approach to ensure their transactions run smoothly, on time and within budget.
