Amanda is responsible for managing our Social Housing Development, Funding and Sales Teams.

Having worked in the Social Housing sector for over 20 years, she has vast experience in both commercial property and development.

Following qualification as a solicitor in 1988 Amanda has always worked in practices with a specialism in Social Housing, and has thus extended her knowledge and experience as the sector itself has grown and developed. Since 1997 she has acted primarily for social housing providers.

Since joining Perrins solicitors in 2004 Amanda has acted for a number of well regarded Housing Associations, and has worked on a number of strategic sites. In particular, she has helped ensure that the Registered Providers in question have achieved their strategic and commercial objectives.

With a commitment to establish good working relationships, Amanda's approach is always to be pro-active and innovative. In essence, her aim is to find constructive and workable solutions to achieve the client's objectives, while at the same time achieving an outcome that works for all parties.

As a long term, committed and enthusiastic supporter of the social housing movement, Amanda is also an active member of Women in Social Housing.

For more information on the example cases and transactions which Amanda and colleagues at Perrins have been involved in, see our case studies section.
